11 Nov 10 Moodle Login Issues and Missing Files

The Moodle service was upgrade last night. A new security measure was turned on by default in the new installation. This caused some login problems with people using IE6,7, and 8. The feature has been disabled and logging in is now working normally.

Also, during the upgrade, uploaded files and assignments were temporarily unavailable. The issue has been resolved, and all files are accessible again.
