14 Apr 11 Major wiki upgrade

Today, Dreamhost released a 1 click upgrade for Mediawiki. This will take the wikis from 1.12 to 1.16. This is a pretty significant upgrade. Testing has been done, and nothing will need to be done on the users end.

I started rolling out the upgrades this morning. It requires a bit of manual maintenance, so please be patient. I plan to have all wikis located on the new server upgraded by end of day.

All wikis migrating from the old wikis.ala.org will also be upgraded as they are moved over to the new server,
